Understanding of stock management and costing. Understanding of Accounting systems and Internal Controls. Minimum 3 years work experience in accounting/finance. Team management experience will count in the candidate’s favour. Valid driver's license + own transport. Proficient in English and Afrikaans. Duties and responsibilities : Responsibility for the finalisation of the monthly processing and month-end procedures. Creating monthly management accounts / Monthly reporting to directors. Comparison of budget versus actuals and making recommendations on possible cost saving opportunities. Managing of company expenses as well as setting up structures to allocate costs accurately. Cash flow management. Design and implement standard operating procedures. Asset management. Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met. Assist External auditors with quarterly reviews and year end audits. SARS queries / reviews / audits
