Job Description
This role involves handling various accounting tasks on a part-time basis, working 20-25 hours a week, preferably 5 hours after 12 PM from Monday to Friday.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Maintain and update accounting records and files.Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity.Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.Assist with tax preparation and filing.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Essential Skills3+ years accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsReal estate experience preferred but not required.CPA certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis position involves working directly with the CEO on accounting functions for various companies.The role offers the opportunity to gain experience with multiple companies, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.The part-time schedule allows for flexibility, with preferred working hours being 5 hours after 12 PM from MondayPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
