What You'll Do

You are responsible for AP/AR processes, expense management, and various support tasks related to SAP launch, as detailed below. This position supports the BCG Korea finance department to maintain processes and controls to ensure integrity of financial reporting.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. AR Process

Management of invoicing master fileGenerating invoices as per the contractLiaison with the project team on invoice mattersInvoice data entry in the ERP system

2. AP Process

Review and processing of payment requestsAP data validationFollow-up and communication on payment issues

3. Expense Management

Check and verify expense reports in accordance with BCG expense policyPost and validate ER corrections, follow-up errors/missing receipts, unusual items & obtain approvalProcess expense reimbursement as scheduled and communicate with employees on remittance

4. SAP Work

Support for data validationAssistance to the module leaderVarious tasks related to the implementation of SAP

5. Other Duties

Ad-hoc analysis and support for SA

What You'll Bring

Native Korean speakerBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred and/or 3years Accounting/Finance experienceProficient in Excel a must and working knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with Korea and U.S.Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesStrong organization skills and orientation to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills both in Korean and EnglishAbility to work autonomously, often under pressure to meet deadlinesTeam-oriented, motivated to learn and willingness to tackle variety of assignments from routine tasks to more intricate requests
