We’re seeking a reliable and experienced **Janitorial Site Supervisor** to lead a dedicated on-site team and ensure top-quality service delivery. **Hourly Range: $21.00** The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits. Lead and support a team of janitorial and porter staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Promote and uphold ABM’s safety culture through training, daily practices, and adherence to OSHA requirements. Ensure timely and effective resolution of service issues and client concerns. Conduct regular site inspections and audits in line with site-specific SOPs. Coordinate cleaning projects and assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed. Monitor proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals, including SDS compliance. Identify opportunities for additional billable services to support site operations and growth. **Qualifications:** Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry. Proven ability to lead, train, and retain high-performing teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles). Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Effective communicator with a customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
