This is an Account Manager role within CVS’ internal agency Heart Haus. In this role you will oversee CVS Retail Front Store advertising and marketing communications programs on behalf of our Marketing Strategy partners. Campaigns will include products and services such as Seasonal & Promotional retail events, Store Brands, Retail Brand efforts and will encompass paid, owned, digital and social media. The ideal candidate will have agency experience (in-house and/or external) and strong working knowledge of the role of Account Management and the strategy, creative development and production process for marketing communications and initiatives. Job Responsibilities: + Embrace the Account Management function in the CVS Health internal advertising agency, bringing best practices from creative/digital agency ways of working + Build relationships and partner with Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative and Project Management - mobilizing the integrated team towards high-caliber work that meets objectives; and drives overall performance of the in-house agency. + Partner with Marketing Strategy, Media and Creative Strategist disciplines to ensure that briefs are tailored to media objectives and media plan design; work closely with Creative team to ensure that creative adheres to channel best practices and designed for the environment and objectives. + Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns from helping define objectives to the flawless execution of asset development for paid and owned media. This will include proactive communications among project team members and business partners and will require a keen eye for defining and sharpening process and ways of working. + Maintain strong understanding of CVS Brand and business and advocate for work that drives results. + Demonstrate behaviors consistent with CVS Health Heart at Work Behaviors: Put people first; Join forces; Inspire trust; Rise to the challenge; Create simplicity; Champion safety and quality. Required Qualifications: + 5+ years of relevant work experience in account management role at a high performing advertising or digital agency, including communications strategy, account management, consumer research and journeys. + 5+ years of experience with paid media planning and trafficking, including complex DCO efforts. Preferred Qualifications: + Passion for the power of great creative and ability to inspire and advocate for it; strategically oriented. + Well versed in video and digital production and workflow; experience with creative rotations, talent management and trafficking of assets for paid media. + Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital environments and experience with content development. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively across integrated teams and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. + Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, collaborative team player. + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Education Associate degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.80 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
