Account Sales
Description We are seeking an Account Sales professional to join our team located in New York. This role is centered on managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales initiatives within our industry. Responsibilities: • Engage in client prospecting, qualification, and pipeline building to identify potential business opportunities • Work collaboratively with the executive team to develop presentation materials and organize relevant case studies • Maintain and update a target account list, conducting research to gain insights on key contacts within high priority account targets • Develop and track sales and business development metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement • Utilize CRM and Sales Enablement Tools, such as HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and drive lead generation campaigns • Organize and manage knowledge management systems to ensure easy team access to all historical artifacts • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales operations strategies • Utilize social media and other digital channels to generate leads and fill the weekly backlog with outreach activities • Set up meetings with interested contacts and run discovery meetings independently as well as with colleagues • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account and pipeline status. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Sales role or similar • Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions • Demonstrated experience in executing successful Lead Generation Campaigns • Proficiency in using HubSpot for inbound marketing and sales efforts • Excellent Calendar Management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and appointments • Strong track record in Business Development, with the ability to drive growth and profitability • Prior experience in Sales Enablement, including providing resources to improve sales performance • Familiarity with various Sales Enablement Tools and their effective use in boosting sales productivity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
