Description We are in search of an experienced Call Center Customer Service Rep to join our team, based in EAST SYRACUSE, New York! This role is HYBRID - 75% ONSITE. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, providing strategic direction for customer support both pre and post-sales, including order entry, product availability, and delivery. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries • Effectively manage the order entry process and ensure product availability for customers • Keep thorough records and reports of customer data • Provide technical support to customers, assisting with component selection and specification • Drive sales growth through strategic direction and B2B environment practices • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on metrics • Maintain customer satisfaction through correspondence and onsite call center operations • Train on HVAC systems, offering explanations to customers as needed • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and reporting tasks • Work overtime if necessary, ensuring customer support is always available Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales is necessary • Proficiency in Data Entry and Reporting is required • Previous experience in Training and providing Technical Support • Knowledge of Pricing and handling Correspondence effectively • Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction • Experience in Assisting Customers and using Microsoft Office Suites • Familiarity with Component Selection and Specification is beneficial • Proficiency in Order Entry and understanding of Metrics • Experience in Onsite and Call Center Operations • Familiarity with Replacement and A Plus is an advantage • Willingness to work Overtime when necessary • Experience in a B2B Environment is highly desirable • Knowledge of HVAC systems would be a plus • Ability to provide clear Explanation and understand Strategic Direction • Proven track record in Sales Growth is essential TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
