Account/Relationship Management Administrator

About the job

As an Account Manager, you'll be managing clients that are of strategic importance to the Workforce Skills division of Pearson. Account Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewals and customer satisfaction within the existing customer base. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers.

Required Experience/Skills

3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales, preferably in a high tech or SaaS space. Demonstrated track record of growing existing business or bringing in new business in high tech/SaaS space is a must. Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: 

Minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $95,000.
