Account Payable - Team Leader
What you will enjoy doing Review vendor billing information in the financial systems, ensure accuracy and compliance with the local accounting regulations and ensures the invoices on the accounting systems and Invoice, PO, Goods Receipt matches. Ensure that all accounting operations within an accounting department run smoothly. Manage, support & provide overall guidance to his team. Support APs in the preparation of weekly and monthly aging reports of payables and monthly and quarterly accounting required reports. Full responsibility for management and analysis of all vendor and expense accounts and Management of advance payment accounts, analyze aging, old amounts not settled and ensure compliance to the company policy. Ensure that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation. Supervise Employee Expense claim reimbursements & petty cash management and open petty cash amounts in compliance with the petty cash policy. Posting of salary entries and managing all payroll accruals (posting and reversing). Communicate with departments for accurate cost center and CSD bookings. Fixed assets Creation, running depreciation and analyzing AUC/AUP accounts - monthly. Process weekly pay cycle runs by extracting all due invoices and preparing them for payment and sending them via a due payments report to be approved by the accounting manager. Ensure all the needed tax deductions as per the local tax law (VAT, WH) are done while attending and providing all support for any internal and external audits (Legal auditor and Tax audits) and prepare the withholding tax report every quarter. What makes you great Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or related studies. Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in the finance area of ‘Accounts Payables' or related
functions (Financial and/ or other back-office/ supporting functions) with broad understanding of the related functional areas. Experience in working in a service organization in a line function for an international enterprise. Experience in process management, quality management and methods & tools for continuous improvement process are beneficial. Relevant experience in D365 is required, additional experience in Oracle is beneficial.  Good leadership skills (disciplinary and functional Leadership experience: < 10 FTE) with strong performance orientation, good communication skills and constructive conflict resolution and ability to work in a team. Strong independent, structured, and proactive way of working. High service orientation, customer-oriented thinking and acting. Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm Fluent in English language communications written and verbal. Willingness to travel multiple times a year. Willingness to work in an environment with shift operations.
