You’ll be joining our Basingstoke Head office, the home of our European Golf Hub. Our office has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a modern and professional workspace. It features a state-of-the-art showroom, perfect for showcasing our latest products. Our Basingstoke team consists of approx. 25 adidas employees, working across, Marketing, Product Supply, Demand Planning, Operations and Logistics, Cresting, Finance, Sales, HR & many more.

 

This temporary position (18 month fixed term contract) requires a highly organized and cross functional candidate to assist in managing the adidas Golf Cresting business as we transition into a new ERP system. This role is a pivotal link between all areas of the business requiring the candidate to be able to liaise and work with all internal departments, external vendors, freight carriers and customers to ensure the Cresting business operates at a high level generating industry best customer satisfaction ratings.

What you’ll do….

Work within a small team who manage the golf cresting business for the whole of the EU Manage the processing of our cresting orders for Region South in our new ERP system Minimise the impact to the cresting business during the system transition Be the primary point of contact for any Golf Cresting inquiries in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal Work directly with customer services and sales teams on the cresting orderbook preparation and processing. Ensure all cresting order instructions are in full and passed onto our vendors correctly Answer any queries from the vendors in a timely manner Attend weekly calls with each vendor to plan the coming week’s orders, discuss any capacity issues, SLAs and urgent order requests Run daily/ weekly reports on the cresting business, highlighting any potential issues in advance with management
