An exciting opportunity has arisen at Computacenter within our Public Sector Division for an Account Manager. In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues to manage some of the largest UK Public Sector clients while helping position Computacenter as a recognised Strategic Supplier to both Local Government and Healthcare industry.

What you’ll do
Manage customer relationships to drive complex services and solutions sales, maximizing profit. Own sales documentation and methodologies to facilitate the sales process. Work with relevant resources and management to ensure solutions align with customer needs. Close deals of varying complexity, seeking opportunities to maximize profitability. Address and resolve customer queries to enhance satisfaction. Take accountability for all operational transactions, ensuring full ownership of the customer experience. Build strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple levels and opportunities. Identify a range of sales opportunities and campaigns across different customer segments.
What you’ll need
Proven track record as an Account Manager and in Business Development. Experience in selling to public sector clients, particularly in Healthcare and/or Local Government (including experience with tender processes). Strong relationship-building skills across various levels of customers and opportunities. Excellent customer expectation management abilities. Solid understanding of Computacenter’s Solutions offerings, with a basic understanding of services. Commercial, financial, and legal acumen. Strong negotiation and influencing skills across diverse customer organizations. Ability to resolve significant customer issues while driving business growth.
