What Will You Do

As an Account Manager - Lubricants (United Lubricants), you will be responsible in securing key accounts/new business growth opportunities selling at all levels of management and building long term relationships with stakeholders. Driving sales and business development productivity across all vertical markets but not limited to expanding into other markets that are beneficial to the company.

 

Learn GROWMARK Lubricants (United Lubricants) go-to-market technology and marketing platform to be presented at key accounts including co-development of supporting marketing collateral Develop sales at a measured pace consistent with branded product growth plans that generates profitable sales Accountable for sales efforts of all lubricant products within assigned territory Assist in developing, training, motivating, expanding, and evaluating current distribution networks Manage relationships with current and prospective customers, providing technical recommendations Conduct territory and competitive market analysis to stay informed of industry trends Remote opportunity with weekly travel within the assigned territory to work closely with distributors and end-users

 

What Skills are Required

 

Lubricant industry credentials (STLE CLS, OMA, ICML) are highly desired 2-5 years of experience in direct lubricant sales and distribution or related industry Strong mechanical background and lubricant industry knowledge are favorable Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with decision makers
