Job DescriptionEffectively communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for each campaignExecute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or exceeding client performance expectationsResponsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions (pixel, events), bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectivesAttend client meetings as neededKeep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sourcesOversight of large and strategic accounts and client relationshipsSetup Social campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelinesDevelop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client serviceSupport in the execution of media plans proposals for onshore/US teamForm proposals for new client opportunitiesManage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation to prepare for Cross-channel campaign launchTake part in regular knowledge share sessions to participate and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance with other Media Account ManagersProvide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with objectivesPartner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients regarding performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsAssist with tracking media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget complianceEnsure the quality of the campaign execution processCollect data and generate powerful insights for the clientSupport and help coach, manage, and educate Media Account Managers, providing campaign support Google GarageGoogle Ads Display Google Ads Video  Google Ads Search Google Ads MeasurementGoogle Ads Shopping Facebook blue printTwitter ads
