Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** **Start date: September 2025** **Type of Employment: Internship** • You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience, utilizing your fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement. • Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts. If industry aligned, also learns about the customer's industry. • You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells. • You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • You must be legally authorised to work in Sweden to be eligible for this role.
