Join our Perth team where you will manage a variety of corporate clients using your financial lines knowledge and client management skills. WTW offers opportunities to expand your understanding of national and international markets. You will also develop your expertise in Financial Line products, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, and Cyber Risk Management risks.
The Role
Manage all client portfolio aspects, including identifying, designing, and negotiating financial lines solutions for insurable risks Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to provide clients with informed advice and recommendations Claims Support: Assist clients with insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and services. Training: Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills. Represent the client's voice in internal and team decisions Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and grow client and insurer relationships Develop value propositions to generate and maximise growth opportunities Engage in new business exercises and major projects Support the team's financial objectives, including new business targets and revenue optimisation Promote the WTW brand and maintain strong insurer relationships Maintain comprehensive client data on internal systems Prepare documentation according to company service and compliance proceduresThe Requirements
Financial lines experience in either underwriting or broking ideally with at least 2 years insurance industry experienceBachelor's degree in finance, insurance, risk management, or a related discipline is preferred Tier 1 qualification (or prepared to undertake course)Exceptional technical expertise in coverage and policy wording reviewDemonstrated ability to develop new clients and collaborate with business development managers to acquire new businessSuperior oral and written communication skillsSuccessful track record in managing team relationships and client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional serviceExcellent time management skillsSupporting the wider team on all our client base including and maintaining your own portfolio of financial lines clientsHigh level of professionalism and reliability, with the capability to work independentlyIf you believe you have the skills and passion for this role, but don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
