Account Manager/Customer Service Rep

System One has partnered with a local insurance company that is in search of an Account Manager and Customer Service Representative.
This person will play a crucial role in the agency by managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. This position requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and customer service. Having a Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
+ Support clients through the insurance application process, policy changes, renewals, and claims.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, facilitating communication between clients and various departments.
+ Provide education and support to clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
+ Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
+ Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance license if not already licensed.
