Account Manager - CRM
**Responsibilities** + Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns + Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives. + Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements. + Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary. + Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary. + Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content. + Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customised according to lifecycle stage and engagement level. + Developing creative briefs and assigning to designers and copywriters to create highquality, effective creative assets. + Assisting and advising on personalised targeting and content when required. + Leading and analysing A/B testing to optimise engagement. + Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics. + Expand client base and maintain strong client relationships according to agreed strategy. + Lead project development, implementation, and evaluation across all functions. + Innovate brand communication and advertising strategies, including offline revenue streams. + Assess and enhance existing programs, collaborating with product marketing teams for opportunities. + Drive market proposition, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for new products, overseeing launch collateral and communication programs. **Qualifications** + A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications + Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control + Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling B2B marketing /branding + Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches + Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey + Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG/ IT retail projects is preferred + Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English + Dedication to clients and team colleagues + Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production + Experience working in an integrated agency environment **Additional information** + Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave. + Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October. + Additional Company closure for all 4 major festive Celebrations + Cashless comprehensive medical coverage, including access to a panel clinic, dental and optical care. + Life and personal accident insurance and group hospitalization and surgery. + A hybrid working schedule and with Friday disconnects. + Rest Relax & Recharge - office closure last week of December every year. + Phone Allowance
