Account Manager - Aftermarket
About the Team:
You will be part of our Key account management team for the UK CV OEM & aftermarket. The team is responsible for ensuring sales, margin and growth to all UK fleets, Partners, Operators and OE’s. Besides that you have to ensure sustainable leads develop in to sales and execute against the plan.
What you can look forward to as Account Manager - Aftermarket:
Principal contact for customers, OE’s, fleets & partners for the UK & Irish markets Defining and developing sales opportunities and helping to strategize product roadmaps for the customer Driving market strategy and providing solutions, for key customers to ensure product sales and developmen Driving pull through business. Provide key reporting on sales, margin and targets ensuring plans are achieved Conduct market analysis, including competitor observations and future trends. Liaise with OE’s and fleets to align with market regulators & governing bodies Working closely with the key customers and strategic end operators to improve business relations and grow sales Utilizing the full product portfolio to ensure that fleets are “ringfenced” into ZF products for current and future business to promote the features and benefits of specific ZF products to end users and operators Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationshipsYour Profile as Account Manager - Aftermarket:
