What You'll Do:

Be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with key JLL clients.Ensure successful delivery of all contractual obligations: financial, operational, and compliance.Lead and develop on-site teams to achieve service excellence.Drive optimal performance in site operations, maintenance engineering, and EHS.Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in account management or facilities management (5+ years preferred).Strong understanding of financial principles and team leadership.Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and compliance (EHS, S&P).Excellent communication and client management skills.
