Your role and responsibilities• \tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including real estate developers, property managers, and construction companies• \tAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.• \tConduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address any concerns.• \tIdentify and target potential clients in the real estate sector to expand the company’s market share• \tDevelop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.• \tPresent and demonstrate smart lock products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.• \tMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.• \tCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the real estate sector• \tLead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.• \tWork closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.• \tCollaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.• \tProvide feedback from clients to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.• \tTrack and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.• \tPrepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications for the role\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or smart home technology industry. \tProven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. \tExperience in selling technology products or IoT solutions is highly desirable. \tStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. \tAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationships. \tStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. \tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \tSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
