Job DescriptionWe have a position available for an Account Manager in KZN to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship.
What you’ll be doing
Generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian
Identify areas of where Experian has the opportunity to cross and up sell
Create awareness of Experian’s products and how to utilise it correctly
Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients
Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationship
Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value-added solutions
Administration including regular reporting
Qualifications
NQF Level 4- Matric (Grade 12) Own transport 3-5 years external sales experience (preferably at a credit bureau / financial sector) Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded Training experience Proficient in MS OfficeAdditional Information
