Opis publikowania Account Manager As an Account Manager / Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail insurance accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products. Your expertise and relationship-building skills will be essential in providing exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. This role is a key part of our Aon 3x3 strategy, which focuses on leveraging our Risk Capital and Human Capital structure to deliver globally integrated expertise and locally relevant solutions. What the day will look like Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage or services. Manage budget responsibilities and coordinate collaboration between Solution Lines. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized insurance solutions that align with client needs. Monitor industry trends and changes to ensure clients are informed about relevant updates and new offerings. Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy changes to clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company through new business development and upselling. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity in the CRM system. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of retail insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively. Experience in project management, especially using agile methodologies, is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
