Job Summary:
As the Account Manager for Securitas managing the Manheim client account, you will oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. This role involves building strong client relationships, managing a team of security professionals, and delivering consistent, high-quality service tailored to the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Manheim, maintaining excellent client relationships and addressing concerns promptly. Oversee daily security operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management of the security team. Ensure compliance with Securitas policies, client requirements, and industry regulations. Monitor and report on security performance metrics and incident management. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and assessments to uphold safety standards. Collaborate with the client to develop and implement security strategies that align with their objectives. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management, account management, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and satisfaction. Knowledge of security best practices, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in security management, business, or a related field (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
