Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate pricing, customize offerings, and resolve issues. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance with document management policies. Develop and execute Account Plans to retain and grow portfolios. Report on sales and service performance to the Sales Manager. Assist in business proposal preparation and client presentations. Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years in sales/business development (preferably in Information Services/Warehousing/Logistics). A relevant 3-year degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing/Management. B2B experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage client portfolios and maintain data integrity.
