This role has overall responsibility for the daily management and accounting functions of a portfolio of clients that consist predominantly of insurance entities and captives, providing financial control and monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Acts as account manager for a portfolio of accountsServes as a client contact for daily needs and answers client questions to improve the client experiencePrepares captive financial and statistical reports in accordance with US, GAAP or IFRS, as well as the insurance regulatory environmentPrepares regular financial commentaries to accompany financial statementsPerforms technical review of financial statementsEnsures regulatory complianceEstablishes and maintains good working relationships with clients and colleaguesPartners with insurance teamManages audit and regulatory reportingParticipates in and coordinates client meetings including preparation and presentation of financial information for those meetingsPartners with account executive on fee negotiations / management agreements and TRS reportingPerforms other job-related duties as requiredWhat you Need to Have:
An internationally recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, ACCA, ACA or CPAMust be fluent in Spanish both verbally and written communicationExperience in financial reporting under GAAP and IFRS as well as the insurance regulatory environmentBe a motivated self-starter, able to work with a minimum of supervision and with a keen appreciation for the importance of quality service to our clientsHighly organized with an acute attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteWhat Makes You Stand Out?
