Strategic planning and implementation

Be sensitive to market changes and new market opportunities, collect market information for strategy formulation and summary to regional manager

Implement business strategy of BU, and provide timely feedback on implementation progress and related issues

落实BU商业策略,并实时反馈实施进展及相关问题

Deeply understand customer needs in the region, establish and develop long-term partnerships with key customers based on business strategy of BU

深入理解区域内客户需求,根据BU商业策略建立并发展与关键客户的长期伙伴关系

 

Sales, marketing and operations management

销售、市场和运营管理

Cooperate with new product market research before launch and product promotion after

配合完成新产品在上市之前的市场调研和上市后的产品推广

Complete market and customer development according to requirements of company

按照公司要求完成市场拓展和客户拓展的工作

Participate in relevant marketing activities at national and regional to deepen customers' understanding of the products

参加全国和区域各级相关市场活动,加深客户对于产品的了解

Effectively implement the sales visit plan and business management plan in the designated area, and achieve the sales target by maintaining key customers, increasing the usage amount, and constantly developing new customers; effectively communicate with all customers about sales information in the designated area; review and summarize with sales manager regularly; effectively win over lost customers

有效执行指定区域的销售拜访计划和业务管理计划,通过维护重点客户、增加使用量、不断开发新客户实现销售目标;有效地将销售信息与指定区域的所有客户沟通;定期与销售经理进行总结与回顾、争取已丢失的客户

Collaborate with dealers, maintain communication and solve problems in the sales process; responsible for regional sales contract negotiation and signing

与所负责区域的经销商合作,保持沟通并及时解决销售过程中的问题;负责区域销售合同的谈判与签订

Responsible for business forecast of related products in the designated area; To submit work reports, work plans and collect market information as required by leaders

负责相关产品在区域内的业务预测;根据领导要求,提交工作报告、工作计划以及收集市场信息

 

Cooperate closely with supply chain, logistic, application, service, sales operations and finance department to ensure smooth product sales

与供应链、物流、应用、售后、销售运营以及财务等部门密切协作,保证产品销售过程顺利进行

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Demonstrated track record of success and sales accomplishments

可以被证明的成功的记录或销售业绩记录

Ability to sell in a consultative manner such that the customer need is discovered and addressed in an individualized clinical and data-driven manner

能够发现和解决客户需要的个性化的临床和数据需求

Strong persuasiveness and influence skills required

Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales process

Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures

Have strong ability of developing new account

Have strong ability of distributors management, this includes periodic business reviews with distributor’s financial departments, as well as sales planning with distributor’s sales department, and inventory review with distributor’s logistic and warehouse department

有较强的经销商管理能力,包括与经销商财务部门进行定期的业务回顾,与经销商的销售部门进行销售计划的定期沟通,对经销商的物流及仓储部门进行存货管理

Collect marketing information and make analysis, make and develop regional sales strategy

有较强的市场分析能力,有效制定并执行区域销售策略   

Fluent in Mandarin and English

普通话和英语流利

 

 

EDUCATION

 

Bachelor or above of Medical Science

医学相关专业学士及以上

 

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Candidate must have a minimum of 5years sales experience

5年以上相关销售工作经验

Medical background/sales experience, reagent, consumables, pathology, laboratory, gynecology related sales experience is preferred

医学背景、医疗相关领域销售经验,试剂、耗材、病理科、检验科、妇科相关销售经验优先

Proven experience managing KOL/government relations

有管理KOL/政府关系的经验

Experience in distributor management

有经销商管理经验
