Includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays.Participation in 403 (b)Voluntary Benefits: Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Pet InsuranceDiscounted memberships: Plum Benefits, NYSC GymPay for work-related eligible commuter expenses with pre-tax dollars Responsibilities Correspond directly with the prospective participants to provide plan education and qualification screeningSchedule assessments and mail information to prospective participantsBecome an expert about PACE program eligibility requirements, services and benefits to accurately describe PACE offerings through lead generation processObtain referral details to assess and determine appropriate next steps for expeditious enrollment processingAddress eligibility issues, application processing and referrals; evaluate factors unique to each referralWork closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical nurses and provider relations to ensure all and tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment processMaintain compliance with state, federal and PACE regulatory requirementsMonitor and report performance measures to improve delivery and execution of onboarding procedures (CDPAS enrollment, acquisition of entitlements, logistical delivery of service plans, request for provider network recruitment, etc.)Collect and review completeness of all required documents for processing enrollment transactions and reconciliation of enrollment filesMaintain knowledge of all applicable CMS, DOH, and PACE-specific guidelines, including organizational and departmental policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and PACE regulations

Salary: $93,280 per year

Qualifications

 Education Requirements

     • Bachelors Degree

Experience Requirements

      • 1-3 years experience in account management/sales, ideally for a Managed Care plan
