About the role:
Are you currently working in the Food & Beverage industry, either in sales or in the manufacturing plant and want to grow your career? Are you a recent graduate that’s looking to kick start your career with a global business?
As our Account Manager you will work with food and beverage manufacturers, mainly in the Brisbane region, to enhance operational efficiency, food safety and product quality. You will utilise the vast resources of Ecolab to tailor cleaning and sanitising programs, understand operational efficiency objectives and help reduce the total cost of operations for our customers. Crucially you will identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business revenue. You will do this by being a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends.
In this role you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct on-site quality testing, inspections and audits to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when issues arise with Ecolab products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate regular business review meetings with your customers
Critical to the role will be your energy and ability to drive sales and business development opportunities, coupled with a tremendous amount of initiative, excelling at identifying and seizing opportunities for Ecolab’s products within the dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries.
Our preferred candidate may have:
Experience in sales or manufacturing
Ability to facilitate clear and open dialogue with diverse stakeholders at site level and beyond.
Great communication skills
Ability to solve problems and maintain equipment
Ability to work autonomously and hungry to learn!

This role will require travel to other parts of Queensland and may include overnight stays.
