We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based in either our London, Newcastle, Birmingham or Sleaford Office.

 

We are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager who has at least 3 years experience of selling into and actively account managing Social Housing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professionally represent MRI and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development.Achieve your personal Quarterly and Annual Sales target.Build monthly pipeline to achieve sales targets set.Recommending appropriate solutions and negotiating acceptable terms with the clientIdentifying white space opportunities for cross-selling other MRI products.Maintaining regular contact with your customers with Account management visits and by telephone.Determining clients on-going requirements to meet changing business needsWorking closely with other stakeholders within the business such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development and the Implementation teamsEnsuring Salesforce is up-to-date to reflect all sales activityMaintaining timely and accurate sales forecasts within SalesforceManaging your pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure through Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS:

Track record of sales achievement, operating in a target driven environmentSoftware Solutions sales experienceAt least 2 years’ experience of selling into and actively account managing in the Social Housing sectorTeam playerHigh level of initiative with ability to work unsupervisedTenacious and drivenVery organised with good time management skillsConfident and motivated with high energyHungry for success, always looking for ways to improve and learnSound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience of using Salesforce.comExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to communicate effectively and to identify sales opportunitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlinesGood attention to detail and a desire to see a task through to completionBe honest, trustworthy and act with tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism
