The Role 
Brilliant Account Managers are naturally curious, always excited about solving problems, and love building relationships. They are meticulous in their planning and take pride in delivering projects which exceed expectations. They are ambitious in the work they want to do and where they want their careers to take them.   In Edelman our Account Managers are core to everything we do, they work across all aspects or our business from insight and planning to creative and distribution. They are the clients voice in the room and the campaign drivers. They build direct relationships with our clients and help develop junior team.  Typical Activities;Interpret client requests, identify the problem to solve and help shape the brief. Act as the day-to-day contact for clients.  Lead the response to brief in partnership with strategy and creative teams. Design and execute communications plans both paid and earned. Develop clear project scopes and budgets.  Project manage the creative process to deliver agreed outputs. Identify and manage external partnerships (including influencers and content creators) to enhance client plans. Evaluate campaign performance and utilise learnings in future planning.  Proactively keep up to date with industry developments, new campaigns and best practice.  Candidate Requirements;An interest in culture and understanding what earns attention online and offline. A demonstrable passion and interest in working in an agency environment. Excellent communications skills, particularly across written formats. A proven track record of managing client relationships.  Super project management skills with strong attention to detail and quality control An editorial mindset that knows how to spot a news hook and develop it into a great story. An ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. A results orientated mindset with clear experience in tracking and setting KPIs. Benefits;Remote working policy, with access to city centre office.Private medical insurance. Travel insurance. At least 28 days annual leave, including additional day off for your birthday, The office will close for all statutory public holidays and for the 3 working days between Christmas and the New Year. Long service rewards for those who stay with the company 5 years. Pension plan. Employee assistance programme. Income protection. Life assurance. Laptop, mobile phone, working from home full set up including monitor etc. Robust learning and training programmes.  #LI-SD1 We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
