We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth management industry product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Orion Connect and other wealth management focused platforms, excellent training skills, and a deep understanding of data management as it relates to custodial platforms. The purpose of the Account Manager to oversee a book of business focused on 403(b) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert IRA guidance and support. The ideal candidate will bring experience in IRA compliance and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for IRA account holdersEnsure IRA compliance with IRS regulations and HUB’s internal proceduresAssist clients with IRA/403(b) account administration, including distributions, contributions, rollovers, and beneficiary updatesWork closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve account issues and maintain client satisfactionMonitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordinglyPrepare and review account documentation and reportsSupport audits and internal reviews as neededWork experience:
2+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on IRAsPreferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of IRA custodial platforms and compliance reportingIndustry certifications related to retirement accounts (e.g., CISP, CRSP)Knowledge and Skills:

Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Compensation:
