About the Role:
The Field Account Manager plays a key role in driving the success of the sales team. This position requires a consultative sales approach—deeply understanding stakeholder needs and offering tailored, solution-oriented propositions. You will engage proactively with a portfolio of clients to uncover their strategies, goals, and challenges, ensuring our solutions are aligned to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the Sales Director.Manage and grow an existing client base, driving revenue retention, renewals, and identifying new business opportunities.Demonstrate strong sales acumen across the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with effective opportunity management.Analyse industry trends to assess their impact on client strategies and tailor solutions accordingly.Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen client partnerships and maximise revenue potential.Take a proactive approach to personal and professional development.Requirements:
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.Adept at using a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.Demonstrates a growth mindset—open to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.Hybrid role with 2 to 3 days a week in the office (Cardiff).
