Our client, an innovative provider of custom packaging solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Fairfield, NJ. This role focuses on managing key strategic accounts, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth through tailored strategies and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized solutions.Create and execute account strategies aligned with company goals.Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.Confidently present product capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.Apply value-selling techniques to identify customer needs and position solutions.Lead new product adoption and application development efforts.Develop pricing strategies and proposals for new and existing business.Stay current on industry trends and customer performance insights.Represent the division at trade shows, customer meetings, and strategic events.Support additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.At least 2 years of experience in strategic account management or business development.Proven track record in negotiating complex, high-value deals with executive-level clients.Experience in the label, printing, or graphics industry is a plus.Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.Strong business acumen and a team-oriented approach.Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $60.00 – $75.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
