Develop and carry out effective outreach campaigns for customer acquisition and Trade Ally recruitment to attain program goals.Document customer and Trade Ally interactions to adhere to program requirements (including enrollments).Provide input and status updates to program staff.Provide local on-site local technical support for Trade Allies and technicians to encourage participation and overcome obstacles.Assist technicians following classroom training with their first tune ups to assure thorough understanding of the CoolSaver methods and our instrument kit.Review any areas of misunderstanding as revealed by the “post training written test” …Complete randomly scheduled in-field tune up performance of Trade Allies and technicians (job shadowing) to correct any deviance from our prescribed methodology.Resolve Trade Ally / technician issues within the CRM tool that have been identified by the engineering review team.Follow up on QAQC Inspection results with proper feedback to technicians.May involve disciplinary action to resolveLearn classroom presentation for Basic CoolSaver Qualification Training under the supervision of experienced Sr Account ManagerOn-board and support of QAQC SpecialistsAssist with training new hires on the CoolSaver QAQC processes.Assist with training QAQC specialists with CoolSaver instrument trainingAssist with inspection issues, customer complaint/resolution and issues of technician failure.Compensation Range
