DuPont DuPont Cyrel® business has an opening position of Account Manager located in Barueri, São Paulo. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the DuPont Cyrel ® sales strategies for the Packaging Printing portfolio in Brazil.


Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

Managing the direct accounts in Brazil to best promote Cyrel® in the market to achieve annual sales.Collaborate cross-functionally to provide the technical and marketing support to end customersAccountable for revenue and earnings forecasts, opportunity pipeline development and tracking, and client growth programsDeveloping customer intimacy to maintain sales relationships and drive growth in the market.Provide market inputs to regional/global marketing plan and drive sales execution of business and marketing strategies.Partner and influence other business functions to deliver performance which impact sales success.Provide monthly and annual demand forecasts for supply planning.Work closely with customers to ensure they are meeting contractual requirements and targeted growth objectives.Coordinate customer training to develop and sustain their value selling capability.Frequent interaction with other sales and technical teams identifying successful approaches and adapting for regional customer needs.Manage launch of new products and if needed, liaise with R&D, Product Management and Technical Services LeadersDefine and implement sales expense budget according to sales strategy.Tracking customer performance


Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in the flexographic printing industryBachelor’s degreeProven experience in sales with strong demonstrated results directly to end user.Market knowledge of dynamics and key players in the market.Ability to influence decision makers throughout the packaging and printing value chainExtensive business success in similar or related industry sector, including elements of product management and senior level negotiation with major customers.Fluent in English, Spanissh skills is a plusStrong presentation and communication skills.Familiar with Microsoft Office package, social media. Power BI skills is a plusAnalytical skills and approachesPrepared and able to work in an international business environment with occasionally international travel.
