Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager in Vietnam, for the Amazon Global Selling business. The Account Manager will be responsible for marketing Amazon’s global marketplaces and identifying, and targeting Selling Partners of all sizes to grow the Selling Partners’ businesses around the world. This person will be the primary point of contact that markets Amazon’s Global Selling program to Selling Partners located in Vietnam.
The Account Manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to deliver results. The Account Manager will provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party Selling Partners, and manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationship and support their growth on Amazon. The Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with clients to improve performance ( Business Growth). In addition, the Account Manager will be responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issue that may impact revenue generation. The Account Manager must focus on driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
