Key Responsibilities
As a Trauma Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in promoting and selling Stryker’s life-saving products for elective and acute Trauma surgery. From the operating room to clinical meetings, you’ll conduct dynamic product demonstrations, solve real-time product challenges, and foster long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Drive Growth: Expand your territory by engaging with customers and increasing revenue through a targeted sales approach.
Customer Care: Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with physicians, surgical staff, and hospital administrators.
Execute Business Plans: Achieve your sales and margin targets while managing contracts and pricing agreements.
In-theatre Support: Provide on-site support and education to ensure proper product usage and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally within Stryker to provide expert insights and drive compliance across all practices.
Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide cutting-edge solutions to your customers.
What We’re Looking For
Background in Physiotherapy or Nursing is a plus, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly desirable.
0-2 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the medical devices sector.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
80% Travel within the North East Netherlands territory.
40% Operating room presence required.
Territory: North East Netherlands – covering areas like Zwolle, Deventer, Amersfoort, Groningen, Heerenveen, Enschede, Apeldoorn, Emmen.
