Account Manager, Strategic initiatives, UFG

We are looking for account manager who will play a critical role in managing the key accounts growth on the platform.

The candidate should be customer obsessed, data driven, effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking.

The candidate will have an opportunity to shape and deliver on the growth strategy for key accounts for the UFG MENA business. You will work with dedicated merchants and multiple stakeholders like Business, Ops, Finance and Product teams internally.
Key job responsibilities
You will manage various activities including, engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:
1) Project management of new stores pre-launch work.
2) Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both weekly and long term basis
3) Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement
4) Drive In-stock management at scale with Merchant to manage Customer experience.
5) Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth, to improve product availability for customers
