Account Manager, Personal Protective Equipment

As an Account Manager here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry. Your expertise in managing key\naccounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet\ncustomer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business\nopportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue\ngrowth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. You will\nreport directly to our Sales Director. This position is remote for candidates based in the Portland, OR area.  In this role, you will impact the safety\nand well-being of workers by providing them with high-quality PPE solutions.\nYou will work closely with customers to understand their specific safety\nrequirements and recommend the most suitable products from our comprehensive\nline of PPE offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow a portfolio\nof key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer\nrelationships
• Develop and execute\nstrategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and\nproviding tailored solutions
• Identify new business\nopportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to deliver value-added solutions
• Lead contract negotiations\nand ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
• Monitor market trends,\ncompetitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement\nand drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 2 years of\nexperience in account management or sales, with Industrial customers and  a proven track record of managing key accounts\nand driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and\nnegotiation skills
• Ability to build and\nmaintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and\nproblem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational\nand time management skills
• Proficient in CRM software\nand Microsoft Office Suite
