An Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holdcos in the UK & Nordics, this role will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals across their patch. By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV and native, the Agency Demand Manager will lay the groundwork for future demand development across the agency.

In this role you will: 

Build, manage and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including agencies, publishers and other third-party organisations in the UK & Nordics

Work internally with the Magnite publisher partners, media planning, client services and product account teams to grow RTB Revenue, launching & troubleshooting campaigns

Help to build out the business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights and solutions to meet the agency’s/ client's needs

Evangelise all buying techniques utilised through our programmatic infrastructure to buyers and build new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at all levels

Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer network and drive publisher revenue

Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth

Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches

Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service

We’re looking for someone with: 

Competent skills in Excel, Powerpoint/Google Slides & Gmail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good presentation skills 

Experience in sales account management

The ability to problem-solve

Ambition, high energy and the will to succeed

A deep understanding and passion for industry trends, technologies and pricing models

A good knowledge of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying, (specifically as relates to Real Time Bidding)
