About Magnite’s Clear Line
ClearLine is Magnite’s self-service, direct-buying solution that offers the most efficient path to Magnite Streaming’s largest source of diverse, premium video inventory.
By gaining access to a seat in ClearLine, agencies can reduce inefficiencies, gain a clearer line of sight into supply-side data and performance, and ultimately allow more of their budget to flow towards working media.
We are seeking a Client Success Account Manager who will specialize in supporting agencies to be hands-on-keyboard (HOK) users of our platform. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the integration and adoption process of new agency and brand clients, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained to effectively use our platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and a proven track record of working closely with clients to drive success.
In this role you will:
Collaborate with Springserve, Client Success, and Demand Facilitation to manage client relationships and campaigns, pre-sale and post-sale.
Onboard and train clients on Magnite inventory and products to leverage effectively for their buying strategies.
Oversees strategic client roadmaps for the integration and adoption of Magnite platforms.
Represent Magnite in a client-facing interacting and leading partnerships with high-profile agencies and buyers.
Act as lead for demo of products, workflows, and aid in troubleshooting.
Use data to create insights and drive consultation with clients.
Manage campaign launch and ongoing operations, including implementation, budget management, and reporting.
Troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks that may be preventing successful delivery and campaign performance.
Identify any critical issues where needed and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Conduct in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Demand Facilitation.
We’re looking for someone with:
DSP (Demand Side Platform) or ad agency experience is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in digital advertising - including experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising.
Previous project or product management experience is a plus.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; and effective in client interactions.
Strong analytical/Excel skills; including the ability to spot trends in large data sets
Possess an understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB).
Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Outcome-focused while demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results.
Highly motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Possess intellectual curiosity that leads to actionable insights that benefit your accounts.

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
