**Job Description Summary**
This field-based role offers the opportunity to engage directly with healthcare professionals across Norway and Finland. The majority of your time will be spent in Norway, with regular travel to Finland, including overnight stays, to strengthen customer relationships and provide expert support. A key focus will be the upcoming launch of an innovative, top-tier Advanced Patient Monitoring solution, where you will play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge technology to the market. Alongside driving adoption of BD’s existing portfolio, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Act as the primary contact for customers, offering expert advice on BD’s Advanced Patient Monitoring products based on a deep understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with anaesthesiologists, surgeons, business managers, and other healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
+ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while ensuring ongoing support for existing customers.
+ Lead the development and execution of regional business plans to achieve sales targets.
+ Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to enhance customer engagement and commercial success.
+ Ensure a high level of service by addressing customer needs and concerns proactively.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
+ Monitor purchasing processes within healthcare institutions to support business planning.
**About you:**
+ Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
+ Have experience in a customer-facing commercial role within the medical device industry.
+ Ideally possess strong technical knowledge of patient monitoring solutions and their clinical applications.
+ Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
+ Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
+ Show attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
