Account Management Excellence Business Analyst

Duties & responsibilities

Facilitate the Account Business Planning process, ensuring timely reviews, communication, and documentation of actions.Support the Protect-the-Win initiative by coordinating stakeholder reviews and assisting with renewal tracking.Develop insights and conduct analysis for the Client Voice program, facilitating the creation of targeted action plans to enhance client feedback processes and drive overall client satisfaction.Plan and provide support for Account Management workshops and related events.Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the Account Management community and JLL Headquarters.Assist in implementing industry verticals within the region, supporting documentation efforts to ensure consistency and excellence.Support the execution of strategic projects related to Account Management and assist wider functional teams with their programs and initiatives.Facilitate internal meetings for the Account Director community, maintaining meeting cadence, preparing agendas, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.Assist in delivering the APAC Account Management Excellence training program.Support the implementation of Account Management programs that promote industry-leading practices.Contribute to data quality and remediation programs to ensure accurate Management Information for decision-making.Collect and organize user feedback on GAME processes and Momentum functionality, relaying information to the GAME team for potential inclusion in development roadmaps.Assist in managing the Account Director onboarding process, educating new ADs on GAME methodologies and supporting smooth transitions.

Performance Objectives

Improve client retention rates and program adoption.

Ensure accurate reporting and data quality.

Foster strong communication and collaboration within the Account Director community.

Successfully implement best practices and contribute to renewal strategies

Key Skills

Strong analytical and program management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Adaptable and flexible, with the capacity to work across time zones and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with attention to detail, quick learning ability, and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.Collaborative team player with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Education/Qualification

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in related fields is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.We value candidates who demonstrate energy, innovative thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
