The Jack Henry Strategic Alliances team is responsible for developing and expanding sales channels for the nine Complementary Solutions that include 200+ different products and services with an emphasis on Payment Solutions.
This specific position is focused on alliances with digital platform providers such as Q2, Alkami, CSI who integrate to and resell and or refer Jack Henry Payment solutions to the community financial institution marketplace. Success in this role is measured by sales achievement at accounts in the Sales Executive’s territory of alliances although there are many other responsibilities to the position as listed below.
The Account Executive at Jack Henry has overall responsibility for the ongoing business relationship with existing alliances by understanding mutual goals, objectives and future direction as well as acquiring new alliances to further the Jack Henry mission. This position is remote and involves 25% travel. Compensation will include a base salary, commissions for performance towards an annual plan and the opportunity to earn semi-annual bonuses.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Meet or exceed outlined sales objectives including sales targets, prospect generation, proposals, and other criteria designated by management.Review and adhere to the Payment sales strategy for Jack Henry solutions.Organize and maintain communication during sales cycle within Salesforce.com.Develop knowledge of all Jack Henry Payment solutions and relevant Jack Henry Complementary Solutions at a sufficient level to understand how they fit into an alliance’s needs.Lead negotiations and manage contracts with potential and existing alliances.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Sales Specialists to connect alliance activities into Jack Henry's overall business strategy and sales and marketing activities.Communicate partner activity and industry trends to management.Represent the company at alliance events and conferences across the United States.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the mutual benefits of alliances.Effectively communicate alliance goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders. Train and guide internal solution sales and operations teams on best practices for collaborating with alliances.Work effectively with Legal, Risk, Accounting, Account Management.May perform other job duties as assigned.What you’ll need to have:
A minimum of 3 years of account management experience working with channel alliances. Deep knowledge of SalesForce and facility with Excel for report generation.25% travel required.What would be nice for you to have:

Ability to work with all levels of an organization to promote excellent communication.Ability to develop account plans, organizational charts, and sales playbooks to lead internal and external sales teams.Ability to work on cross functional teams, including accounting, marketing, product and sales teams, and corporate executives.Ability to articulate high level technical information to both internal and external customers.Ability to sell the value proposition of features and benefits of an alliance with Jack Henry.Ability to present and address solutions in a virtual and live sales environment.
