Our client is searching for an Account Executive who will be responsible for achieving sales and improving profitability by identifying market place opportunities prospecting and engaging with new clients developing proposals and managing the contract process

Generation of new sources of revenue with optimum volumes

Achievement of minimum set proposal rates
Achievement of minimum se closing ratios
Generate and formulate strategic initiatives to grow the customer base and to increase turnover per customer

Maintain and increase market share
Ensure yield on revenue sold is at a profitable level at all times

Expending time and energy on creative solutions to meet clients needs

Develop knowledge of our own and competitor products
Ability to negotiate a win/win business solution and flexibility in meetings client needs

Ensure the smooth running of all administrative procedures pertaining to scheduling programming productions and finance
Effectively communicate with sales team to ensure that they are updated and informed
Prepare follow up and continuously update a sales action plan

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounts Executive
Marketing/Business related qualification
Good understanding of sales cycle and key account management
Sound knowledge of the media sector
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
Good business acumen including advanced sales market research and business skills
In depth knowledge and understanding of relevant company policies processes and procedures
