Account Executive Group Lead - LATAM

CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training is looking for a dynamic Account Executive Group Lead to join our Sales Leadership Team with the Business Aviation Training Group to help enhance the client experience.

These roles can be located either in our Dallas, TX; Orlando, FL; or Whippany, NJ; Toluca, Mexico; Sao Paulo, Brazil Training Centers. 

The Account Executive Group Lead - LATAM serves as a critical leader to drive performance of an assigned team of 5 to 6 Account Executives. Through leadership, strategy, and the creation and implementation of guidelines, they ensure the accurate and correct execution of all activities for their assigned group.

This role will serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.  By leading and developing a team of Account Executives, they act as a key link between Sales and Operations and advocates for the best possible training experience for customers, while also looking to maximize the revenue impact coming into the Americas.

This position is expected to have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to understand the complexities of CAE business. This role is accountable for supporting the AEs in accomplishing Customer satisfaction, booking goals, and revenue execution.

They are expected to drive results by fostering the partnership between Sales and other departments while championing client needs. This position requires the willingness to independently make judgements and own the processes that support the CAOs in maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

Critical Responsibilities:

Develop and schedule training plans, including new hire and continuous improvement training.Ensure the AE team is skilled on new systems and provide ongoing mentoring and coaching.Assist AEs in maximizing customer retention and achieving revenue goals.Ensure accurate reservations, booking, invoicing, and manage COD, Temps, Turn Away, and Waitlist processes.Manage several key accounts in the LATAM region and lead the team.

Skills/Experience:

Language Proficiency: Multilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a preference for Portuguese as well.Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales activities to achieve revenue targets.Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to generate results.Mentorship and Development: Proven experience in mentoring and developing team members.Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement within a sales or customer service role.Critical Thinking: Demonstrates critical thinking skills and a willingness to participate in process improvement projects.Initiative and Attention to Detail: Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently make judgments and own processes that support AEs in maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.Ability to travel up to 25% overnight travel.
