Account Executive - Ad Sales

We now have a PERMANENT FULL-TIME role available in SYDNEY for an enthusiastic Account Executive – Advertising Sales. 

  

Enough about us! What you’ll do as an Account Executive:  

  

In this exciting entry level role, you’ll be supporting an Account Manager working with a portfolio of VIP clients selling advertising solutions across the Paramount playground, including top rating Network 10 shows like ‘Survivor’, ‘MasterChef’ and ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’.   

 

This role offers you the chance to start a career within the world of media and advertising sales. We offer training & development and ongoing career pathways as your experience grows.   

   

Functions will also include:  

  

Daily servicing of client advertising bookings   Managing advertisers' sponsorships to ensure that all marketing elements are properly booked    Supporting agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercial spots are booked according to guidelines    Producing reports as required, using Excel    Participating in post analysis of campaigns    Participating in projects, preparation of sales materials, and perform other duties as assigned   

 

What are we looking for in an Account Executive? What’s important?   

  

Experience in a similar sales environment or support role is ideal  A customer-focused, sales orientated approach to meeting client expectations   Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications    Detail oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate    Strong written and verbal communication skills    Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines   Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across teams and clients alike
