Willis (Bermuda) Limited wishes to recruit an Account Executive for its Captive Insurance Management Services business in Bermuda, Willis Towers Watson Management (Bermuda) Limited (WTWM). 
 

 

The Role:

 

Successful applicants will be responsible for WTWM’s client service delivery and relationships with a portfolio of insurance companies under management while handling the accounting, regulatory and day to day affairs for those clients. These duties will include:

 

 Client relationship management.

 

 Production of reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.

 

 Board meeting preparation, including planning, Board book preparation and meeting follow-up.

 

 Coordination and oversight of other insurance company service providers.

 

 WTWM internal operational support and leadership as required.

 

 Liaison with investment managers in respect of invested funds.

 

 Assistance in new business development and associated activities for WTWM.

 

 Cooperation and teamwork with other WTWM personnel and throughout the Willis Towers Watson

 

network 
 

The Requirements:

The successful candidate will satisfy the following minimum requirements:

 

 Bachelor’s degree, plus be a fully qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a

 

minimum of five years post-qualification experience.

 

 Direct hands on experience in insurance accounting and insurance management for a minimum of

 

two years, with time spent servicing captive insurance companies as a preference.

 

 Experience with the Bermuda regulatory environment including the EBS framework, BSCR and

 

Code of Conduct is required.

 

 Fluency in Spanish is desirable.

 

 Superior organizational skills and project management experience is required.

 

 Excellent presentation and communication skills with a detail orientated commitment.

 

 Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software packages.

 

Relevant expertise using SunSystems (Version 6) and Vision accounting software is preferred.

 

 Able to work under own initiative and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
