ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Account Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors and will be able to effectively manage client accounts. This is an office-based role, but there will be opportunities to meet partners as required.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor personnel, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Implement and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion

Working closely with the Business Development Managers, Product Specialists and the aligned vendor and partner contacts

Managing and maintaining the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base

Assist and support your accounts on queries

To meet margin/ revenue targets

To take responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set

What are we looking for? 

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

You are self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

You employ a structured sales approach, such as building rapport with key people for partners and vendors, and building confidence and trust within the customer base

Strong desire to provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally

High-level understanding of the Arrow product portfolio (training will be provided)

Confident self-starter and a strong team player

You can cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly

You can work effectively under your own initiative and as a responsible, conscientious, and reliable team member.

You possess sound business acumen and the ability to understand and interact with customers.

You are competent in standard Microsoft Office applications

What’s in it for you?

This is a full-time position

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch, however due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order to meet the needs of the role

Permanent contract with 6 months’ probation period
