This role is an integral part of the Sales team in helping the team achieve its business objectives. Key responsibility includes direct selling to medical centers and assisting dealers to implement sales activities and achieve budgets. This role will also require gaining fundamental knowledge of Stryker products and surgical procedures, as well as having the ability to convince customers on our product features and benefits.
What you will do:
The following include but not limited to:
Indirect channel management: Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers) and customers.Direct selling: Define customer list and set priority, then conduct sales calls with proper timing to promote assigned products and provide services to existing customers.Start business conversation with customers and provide basic knowledge across different franchise to enhance overall Stryker business potential.Know customer’s practice and needs to further provide solution with Stryker products and timely services.Provide technical backup at follow-ups and troubleshooting, if applicable.Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.Explore new accounts / business opportunities to build Stryker’s customer pool.Collect and report market intelligence of account / territory sales achievement, concerning overall Stryker business and identify critical issues on a monthly basis.Support Business director / Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.Compile customers' feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolio.
What you need:
Experience within the Medical Device industry or hospital environment is a plus.Knowledge and understanding to Endoscopy products is a plus.Logical and analytical skills with proven ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions.Ability to independently manage projects to meet agreed business objectives.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
